Question 6

My account has been blocked. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Accounts can be blocked due to repeated failed login attempts, at the user's own request via self-exclusion, or following a security review in cases of suspicious activity. Question 8

Is a Pix deposit instant? Are there any fees?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pix deposits at 999bbb are confirmed in seconds and are available 24 hours a day, including holidays and weekends. There are no fees on Pix deposits — the amount you transfer is the amount that appears in your account to play with.

Question 9

What payment methods does 999bbb accept?

Accepted Answer

999bbb accepts the most widely used payment methods in Brazil: Pix (no fee, instant), boleto bancário, credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard), PicPay, Mercado Pago and TED bank transfer by the major banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil. All amounts are processed in BRL (R$), with no currency conversion.

Question 10

I made a Pix deposit but the balance hasn't shown up in my account. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

In the vast majority of cases, Pix deposits appear within seconds. If your balance hasn't been credited after 5 minutes, check whether your payment receipt shows the transaction as "completed" in your bank. If it does, contact support via chat and send the receipt — our team will locate the payment and credit it manually if needed. Do not make a second deposit before speaking with support.

Question 11

Can I deposit from a bank account that isn't in my name?

Accepted Answer

No. The 999bbb requires that all deposits come from a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same CPF as your account. Third-party deposits are rejected and automatically reversed. This is a security measure to protect you and ensure compliance with current financial regulations in Brazil.

Question 12

What is the minimum withdrawal amount and how long does it take?

Accepted Answer

The minimum withdrawal at 999bbb is R$ 30.00. For Pix withdrawals, the standard timeframe is 5 to 60 minutes after your request is approved. In cases requiring additional security review — typically for high-value withdrawals or a first-time request — this may extend to up to 24 hours. Under no circumstances will an approved withdrawal take longer than 72 business hours.

Question 13

Is there a fee to withdraw via Pix?

Accepted Answer

Question 14

My withdrawal is taking longer than expected. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 60 minutes without confirmation, check its status under "Transaction History" in your account. If it shows as "Under Review" or "Pending," contact support via chat with your request number and the amount. Our team will check the status and send you an immediate update. Withdrawals may be temporarily held for KYC verification if your identity verification has not yet been completed.

Question 15

Can I withdraw to a different account than the one I used to deposit?

Accepted Answer

Withdrawals should preferably be made to the same method and account used for the most recent deposit. To withdraw to a different account, contact support before submitting the request — verification of ownership of the new account may be required. 999bbb 999bbb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — only to accounts registered under the same CPF as the account holder.

Question 16

Can I withdraw a bonus directly?

Accepted Answer

Bonus balances have a rollover requirement that must be met before withdrawing any winnings generated. Your real balance — the money you actually deposited — can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of the rollover. The bonus balance itself cannot be withdrawn directly, only the profits it generates after the conditions are met. See the Terms and Conditions for details on each promotion.

Question 17

How does the 999bbb welcome bonus work?

Accepted Answer

The welcome bonus is automatically credited on your first qualifying deposit. 999bbb matches your deposit up to the current promotion limit — for example, deposit R$ 200.00 and play with R$ 400.00. To withdraw winnings generated with the bonus, you must meet the rollover requirement stated in the promotion terms. Your real deposited balance can be withdrawn at any time. Full details in the Terms and Conditions.

Question 18

What is rollover and how is it calculated?

Accepted Answer

Rollover is the wagering requirement you must meet before withdrawing any winnings generated by a bonus. If the bonus is R$ 100.00 with a 10x rollover, you need to wager a total of R$ 1,000.00 (R$ 100.00 × 10) before your winnings are released for withdrawal. The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount, not on your total account balance. Every 999bbb promotion clearly states the rollover in its respective terms.

Question 19

Can I decline a bonus after it has been credited?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you do not want to meet the rollover requirement on a bonus, you can ask support to cancel it before placing any bets with the bonus balance. Once cancelled, the bonus balance is removed from your account and you can withdraw your real balance normally. Once you have started using the bonus by placing bets, cancellation may no longer be possible — contact support as soon as possible if you wish to decline a credited bonus.

Question 20

I heard about a specific promotion but it's not showing in my account — why?

Accepted Answer

Some promotions from 999bbb are targeted at specific user groups or require a promo code to be activated. If you saw a promotion that isn't showing up automatically in your account, check whether there's an activation code linked to the offer and enter it in the promotions section of your dashboard. If the issue persists, contact support via chat with the name or description of the promotion.

Question 23

What happens to my bet if a match is cancelled or postponed?

Accepted Answer

Question 24

Can I cancel a bet after it's been confirmed?

Question 28

What are crash games and how do they work?

Accepted Answer

Crash games are fast-paced games where a multiplier starts at 1x and climbs progressively until it "crashes" at a random point. You place your bet before each round begins and must cash out — collect your winnings — before the crash happens. If the crash occurs before you cash out, you lose your bet. Aviator is the most popular crash game available at 999bbb. Bets have an accessible minimum value and rounds last just a few seconds.

Question 29

For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Accepted Answer

No. The 999bbb never asks for your password via email, chat, WhatsApp, or any other channel. Question 32

How do I set a deposit limit on my account?

Accepted Answer

After logging in, go to "My Account" → "Settings" → "Responsible Gambling". There you'll find options for deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), loss limits, session alerts, and self-exclusion. For more information, visit our Responsible Gambling.

Question 33

What is self-exclusion and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

Self-exclusion is a tool that suspends access to your account for a period you choose — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days (temporary) — or permanently. During self-exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, place bets, or receive promotional communications. Your real balance remains intact during temporary self-exclusions. A temporary self-exclusion cannot be cancelled before it expires — this is intentional, to prevent impulsive decisions. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account irreversibly.

Question 34

Accepted Answer

The Gamblers Anonymous Brazil offer free support groups, both in-person and online, across many cities — completely confidential. CAPS (Centros de Atenção Psicossocial) within the SUS public health network also provide free behavioral addiction treatment throughout Brazil. If the situation is causing significant distress, CVV is available 24 hours a day at 188. Our support team can also point you toward these resources at any time via chat. Learn more on our Responsible Gambling.

Question 35

Does 999bbb send promotions to users with responsible gaming limits active?

Accepted Answer

No. Users who have activated responsible gaming tools — such as deposit limits, loss limits, or self-exclusion — are automatically removed from all promotional communication lists at 999bbb. This means you will not receive bonus emails, promotional notifications, or other marketing communications while the limits are active. This is a protection policy, not a penalty.
